Quick guide β€’ from account to Identitas

How ArsOrigo Works

ArsOrigo guides you from the creation of your account to the registration of your first digital asset on Polygon.

When you create your ArsOrigo account, you can generate your own Polygon wallet. The wallet address becomes your blockchain identity inside ArsOrigo, while the private key allows you to recover the same wallet in the official ArsOrigo Wallet.

When creating an asset, ArsOrigo lets you upload an image, optionally add a video or 3D file, define metadata and custom traits, and generate a permanent TokenURI through IPFS.

  • uploads your media through ArsOrigo storage infrastructure
  • creates the metadata.json file
  • generates the TokenURI
  • deducts the required ArsOrigo credits
  • prepares the asset for on-chain minting
On your first Mint, ArsOrigo automatically creates your personal Identitas ERC-721 contract and registers your first token inside it.

Your collection follows the format: ArsOrigo - Creator Name
and all future assets created by the same account remain inside that Identitas contract.

Credits are pay-per-use: there is no subscription. Credits are used for ArsOrigo services such as media handling, IPFS storage, metadata generation and TokenURI creation.

Step-by-step From your ArsOrigo account to your Creator Store

ArsOrigo is designed so that you do not need MetaMask, Phantom or another browser wallet to start.
Your Polygon wallet can be generated directly during account setup and later imported into the official ArsOrigo Wallet.

1

Create your ArsOrigo account

Sign in to ArsOrigo and create your creator profile. Your creator name identifies your presence inside the platform and will later be used for your personal Identitas collection.

Example:
Creator: Oneway
Identitas: ArsOrigo - Oneway
↓
2

Generate your Polygon wallet

During account setup, ArsOrigo can generate your personal blockchain wallet.

You receive a public Polygon address beginning with 0x... and its private key. The public address is linked to your ArsOrigo account and will receive the tokens you create.

↓
3

Save your private key

Save the private key generated with your wallet before continuing. It allows you to recover and control the same blockchain address independently of the ArsOrigo platform.

Security:
Never share your private key with anyone. Anyone who obtains it can control your wallet. ArsOrigo support will never ask you to send your private key.
↓
4

Download ArsOrigo Wallet

Install the official ArsOrigo Wallet on your smartphone. It is designed to display and manage assets belonging to the ArsOrigo ecosystem.

You do not need to create another blockchain identity: you will use the wallet already generated with your account.

↓
5

Import your wallet

Open ArsOrigo Wallet and choose the recovery/import option. Enter the private key that you saved during account creation.

The app restores the same Polygon address already linked to your ArsOrigo account.

Result:
ArsOrigo account wallet = ArsOrigo Wallet address
↓
6

Buy ArsOrigo credits

Credits are purchased from Billing and added to your personal ArsOrigo balance.

They are pay-per-use, not a subscription. Credits are used for ArsOrigo services associated with media handling, storage infrastructure, IPFS, metadata generation and TokenURI creation.

Credits are not POL and they are not blockchain gas. Supported blockchain transactions performed through the platform are submitted by the authorized ArsOrigo relayer.

One balance: your available credits remain associated with your ArsOrigo account until they are used.
↓
7

Create your asset in ArsOrigo Mark

Choose the type of artwork or asset and upload its cover image. You may also add one advanced media type: a video or a 3D file (GLB).

Complete the available metadata such as title, author, year, technique, dimensions, edition and description. You can also create your own custom traits.

Empty fields are ignored and are not included in the final metadata.

↓
8

Generate JSON and TokenURI

Click Generate JSON. ArsOrigo processes the selected media, creates the metadata.json file and generates the TokenURI.

The required ArsOrigo credits are deducted at this stage.

Result:
ipfs://.../metadata.json
↓
9

Mint your first token

Once the TokenURI is ready, proceed with Mint.

On your first Mint, the ArsOrigo Factory automatically creates your personal ERC-721 Identitas contract. Your first token is then minted to the Polygon wallet associated with your ArsOrigo account.

Example:
Creator: Oneway
Collection: ArsOrigo - Oneway
Symbol: AO
↓
10

Your Identitas is created

The Identitas contract is your personal ArsOrigo collection. It is created once, during your first successful Mint.

Every future token created with the same creator account is minted inside the same Identitas contract.

Your Creator Store becomes available

After your Identitas has been created, ArsOrigo makes your personal Creator Store available.

The Store is the permanent view of the tokens belonging to your creator collection. New tokens appear there as you create them.

There is no need for a temporary content archive: once an asset has been minted, it belongs to your permanent blockchain collection.

Example:
ArsOrigo - Oneway

12

Open the token and its Digital Passport

Select a token from your Creator Store to open its dedicated page.

From there you can view the artwork and its media, metadata, Token ID, Identitas contract and blockchain information.

The token page becomes the permanent reference point for that registered asset and its Digital Passport.

Open and download your Digital Passport PDF

Each ArsOrigo token can include a dedicated Digital Passport PDF containing the main information associated with the registered asset.

The document provides a clear summary of the asset, its Token ID, Identitas contract and blockchain references, making verification easier even outside the platform.

The Digital Passport can be viewed directly from the token page and downloaded when you want to keep or share a copy.

FAQ Common questions

Why does ArsOrigo create a wallet?

Every blockchain asset needs an owner address. ArsOrigo can generate a Polygon wallet during account setup so that your creator identity is immediately associated with a blockchain address.

Do I need MetaMask or Phantom?

No. ArsOrigo can generate the wallet directly during account creation. You can then import the private key into the official ArsOrigo Wallet.

Why must I save the private key?

The private key allows you to recover and control your blockchain wallet. It should be stored securely and never shared with anyone.

Why should I import the same wallet into ArsOrigo Wallet?

Importing the private key restores the same Polygon address generated by your ArsOrigo account. This keeps your platform account and your mobile wallet aligned.

Why is an Identitas contract created for me?

Every creator receives a dedicated ERC-721 Identitas contract. It is automatically created during the first Mint. Future assets created by the same creator remain inside the same Identitas collection.

For example: ArsOrigo - Oneway (AO).

Do I need POL in my wallet to Mint?

When you use the ArsOrigo platform, supported blockchain transactions are submitted by the authorized ArsOrigo relayer. Your personal wallet therefore does not need to fund the platform Mint transaction directly.

Are credits a subscription?

No. Credits are pay-per-use and remain available in your ArsOrigo balance until they are used for supported platform services.

What are credits used for?

Credits cover ArsOrigo services associated with preparing your asset: media handling, storage infrastructure, IPFS, metadata generation and TokenURI creation.

Is β€œIPFS forever” guaranteed?

IPFS is a distributed network and availability depends on content being hosted and pinned by participating nodes.
ArsOrigo maintains its own storage and gateway infrastructure, while the TokenURI and IPFS references remain independently verifiable.

I got an error: how can I solve it?

The ArsOrigo Chat is available as a space where users can exchange practical information and solutions.
Describe what you were uploading β€” image, video or GLB β€” and include the error message.

You can also contact ArsOrigo support when direct assistance is required.
