Who We Are

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, creating an account or using any ArsOrigo service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Accounts, Identity & Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, devices, private keys, recovery information and wallet access.

ArsOrigo may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of violations, abuse, fraud, security risks or lawful requirements.

User Content

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions for content that you upload, submit, store, mint or otherwise process through ArsOrigo.

You grant ArsOrigo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable license strictly limited to the hosting, processing, technical adaptation, storage, display and transmission necessary to operate and provide the Service.

You remain responsible for the legality of your content and for ensuring that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.

ArsOrigo may refuse, remove or disable access to content where reasonably necessary to comply with these Terms, applicable law, security requirements or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not use ArsOrigo to:

• carry out unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or infringing activities;
• upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity or confidentiality rights;
• circumvent security measures or interfere with the integrity of the Service;
• use unauthorized automated systems, scraping or bots against the platform;
• reverse engineer non-open-source components except where permitted by law;
• upload third-party personal data without an appropriate legal basis;
• damage, disable, overload or materially interfere with ArsOrigo infrastructure.

Digital Passports, TokenURI & Identitas

ArsOrigo provides technical tools for creating, organizing and managing blockchain-based digital asset records and digital passports.

ArsOrigo Wallet & Private Keys

ArsOrigo Wallet provides access to the blockchain identity and ArsOrigo assets associated with a supported wallet address.

ArsOrigo does not claim ownership of your wallet, private key, tokens, digital passports or underlying assets.

Loss of private keys, recovery information or access to a wallet may result in loss of access to blockchain assets where recovery is not technically possible.

Relayer & On-Chain Operations

Supported blockchain operations performed through ArsOrigo may be submitted through the ArsOrigo Relayer.

For supported platform flows, ArsOrigo may handle the blockchain gas required to submit the transaction. Users are therefore not necessarily required to hold the network's native gas token for those supported operations.

Where an operation requires user authorization, the operation is performed through the authorization mechanism provided for that workflow.

Once a blockchain transaction has been confirmed by the relevant network, ArsOrigo cannot guarantee that it can be reversed, cancelled or removed from the public blockchain record.

IPFS, Storage & Recent Work

Content and metadata generated through ArsOrigo may be stored on IPFS or related decentralized storage infrastructure.

ArsOrigo may operate or use pinning infrastructure and dedicated gateways to improve accessibility and technical availability. Such infrastructure does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual availability across all third-party or decentralized systems.

Recent Work may retain recently generated TokenURIs and related information to allow authenticated users to continue work without unnecessarily generating the same content again.

Users remain responsible for preserving important TokenURIs, blockchain references and wallet information relating to their digital assets.

ArsOrigo Assistant, Chat & Technical Features

ArsOrigo may provide chat, account tools, metadata preparation, blockchain-related workflows and ArsOrigo Assistant.

ArsOrigo Assistant may process user-provided text and, where voice functionality is used, audio or related voice input in order to understand requests and provide assistance.

Responses provided by automated or AI-assisted functionality are intended to support use of the platform and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.

Users remain responsible for reviewing relevant data, metadata, wallet details and transaction information before authorizing an operation.

Credits, Pricing & Payments

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, consumed credits and successfully delivered technical services are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

ArsOrigo's software, interfaces, trademarks, designs, text, databases and related platform technology are owned by OmniaID S.r.l. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, platform components may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without authorization.

This provision does not transfer to ArsOrigo ownership of user-created content or the underlying works represented by user digital assets.

Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

ArsOrigo relies on external and decentralized infrastructure that may include payment providers, authentication providers, artificial intelligence services, blockchain networks, node infrastructure, IPFS services, gateways, hosting and analytics providers.

ArsOrigo does not control independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, compatibility, policies or operation.

No Financial or Investment Service

ArsOrigo does not provide financial, investment, brokerage, custodial, tax or legal services.

Creation or management of a digital passport, NFT or other blockchain-based record does not constitute a representation or guarantee that the asset has or will acquire economic value.

ArsOrigo does not guarantee marketplace availability, transferability, future value or compatibility with every external wallet, platform or service.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArsOrigo, OmniaID S.r.l., their directors, officers, affiliates, contractors and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, infringement of third-party rights or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

ArsOrigo cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of blockchain networks, third-party infrastructure, wallets, gateways, IPFS nodes, external providers or other systems outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArsOrigo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar damages arising from use of the Service or external blockchain and technical infrastructure.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, ArsOrigo's aggregate liability shall be limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount paid by the user to ArsOrigo for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Cookies

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Cookie preferences may be managed through the Cookie Preferences controls made available by ArsOrigo.

Suspension & Termination

ArsOrigo may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, abuse, suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, legal requirements or material technical threats.

Suspension or termination of the ArsOrigo account does not remove or reverse blockchain records or transactions already confirmed on a public blockchain.

Provisions which by their nature should survive termination remain effective where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

ArsOrigo may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, operational or service-related changes.

The revision date displayed at the top identifies the current version. Where required by applicable law, users will be provided with appropriate notice of material changes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Venice, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that may apply under applicable law.
